## Description

Manage all scouting/development/sourcing activities of TRIMS to ensure product alignment, quality, and cost.

Manage and follow up all the forecasts for samples and bulk orders.

**CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

-   Develop trims proto in terms of quality and design, based on Designers’ mood boards and requests.
-   Work on multiple collections, seasons, and special projects simultaneously
-   Oversee all the forecast for samples and bulk orders being in daily contact with mills for production issues, delivery and shipment.
-   Finalize Trims Specification Sheet and cost based on company requirement.
-   Update company data.
-   Support quality control.

**JOB FUNCTIONS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**

-   Daily follow up with mills based in Far East and Mediterranean area.
-   Negotiate SMS and Bulk production costs.
-   Cross costing among all mills to meet company targets.

## Requirements

-   Education preferably in textiles, clothing or equivalent work experience.
-   Significant previous experience (minimum 3 years) in the same role or in components accessory manufacturers.
-   Good knowledge in trims, fabric, and apparel product development.
-   Proficient with EXCEL program.
-   Strong technical understanding of trims construction.
-   Critical Thinker, rigorous and well organized.
-   Self-motivated, focused on meeting deadlines and able to multitask within a fast-paced environment.
-   Strong management and problem-solving skills.
-   Good judgment, proven responsibility, and strong analytical and planning skills.
-   Capability to work under strict, short deadlines.
-   General knowledge of Guess product offer across different lines will be considered a plus.
-   Working on cross-functional and multi-national teams.
-   Strong interpersonal and communication skills with both internal and external customers.
-   Ability to work in team.
-   Fluent English written and spoken. Any other language will be considered a plus.
