We are seeking a **motivated and detail-oriented Jr. Accounting Specialist** to join our **Accounting team in Turkey**.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial operations, accounting processes, and reporting activities while contributing to the team’s efficiency and compliance with corporate standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Support the Accounting team in daily operations and month-end closing processes

• Record, reconcile, and monitor invoices, payments, and expense reports

• Ensure accuracy and proper classification of general ledger entries

• Assist in the collection and accounts receivable aging process

• Support the control and reconciliation of intercompany transactions

• Ensure compliance with company policies and Turkish accounting regulations

• Assist in the preparation of VAT, withholding tax, and other statutory declarations

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records for audit purposes

• Organize and maintain digital and physical financial documentation

• Assist in updating internal accounting procedures and manuals

• Provide support for other administrative and finance-related tasks as needed

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree or new graduate in **Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields**
-   Excellent written and spoken **English**
-   Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
-   Positive, proactive, and problem-solving attitude
-   Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly
-   Strong **organizational and time management skills**
-   Proficiency in **Microsoft Office (especially Excel)** and familiarity with ERP systems (**Oracle is a plus**)
-   Eagerness to learn and develop a career in **Accounting**
