Guestwise is a Software as a Service platform, providing intelligent marketing automation to hospitality brands in the UK.
Our platform integrates with the existing restaurant systems, aggregates data, and executes intelligent personalised recommendations across digital channels. Seeking to drive more table reservations, online orders, loyalty sign ups, voucher redemptions and more. Our mission is to drive better guest tracking and conversion, smarter promotional recommendations and an all round slicker omni-channel experience for guests.
We are currently live with around 1,700 restaurants and bars, across 15 major brands, and will continue to scale with leading brands across the sector. Hospitality is an enormous industry, and is early on the digital transformation journey, we want to help our partners to thrive.
There are around 15 of us on the team currently, and a handful of talented coaches and expert advisers! We don’t have an office, and our team is based across the UK and Europe, but get together face to face every three months for planning, training and fun. Everyone on the team enjoys the opportunity to create something new, working at pace, and shipping high quality products. We are a proud team of high performing individuals, who love collaboration and shared success.
