**About us**

Guru Pay is a Lithuania-based Electronic Money Institution (EMI) providing personalised financial services with a focus on speed, security and quality.

We are looking for an **IT Automation Engineer** to manage and automate our internal IT systems for around 100 employees.

You'll focus on **automation (50%), system administration (30%) and IT support (20%)**, working closely with our IT Operations Engineer and reporting to the VP of Engineering.

**What you'll do:**

-   Manage **Microsoft Entra ID, Jira, Confluence, JSM**, SaaS integrations, SSO, SCIM and access permissions.
-   Build automations for employee onboarding/offboarding, access management and IT workflows using **Python, TypeScript and AI tools**.
-   Improve IT service desk processes, troubleshoot technical issues and eliminate recurring problems.
-   Support device-management improvements, access reviews, **DORA compliance** and audits.
-   Ensure secure, auditable automation with Git, activity logging and human-approved access decisions.

**What we‘re looking for:**

-   **4+ years in IT**, including 2+ years in SaaS/cloud administration or automation.
-   Hands-on experience with **Atlassian Cloud and Microsoft Entra ID**.
-   Experience with **Python or TypeScript**, REST APIs, webhooks, Git and production automation.
-   Knowledge of **MDM tools** (Intune, JumpCloud), macOS, Windows and networking.
-   Practical experience with **AI-driven automation** and security best practices.
-   Strong troubleshooting skills and business-level English.

**Nice to have:**

FinTech/DORA experience, Atlassian Guard, Forge, ScriptRunner, Terraform, Apple Business Manager or Lithuanian.
