## Description

**Guru Pay** is an EMI based in Lithuania focused on delivering a personalized boutique service to B2B, B2C and C2B customers. We are a small but ambitious team committed to high-quality financial services.

We are looking for a **Data Engineer** to take full ownership of our data infrastructure. You will work in a micro Data Team (you + Data Analyst) and take over the current DWH and ETL processes from a third party, leading migration to a cloud-based solution.

**What will you do:**

-   Own and manage the data warehouse and data pipelines end-to-end
-   Migrate existing DWH to a cloud-based solution
-   Ensure data reliability, quality, and security
-   Collaborate closely with the Data Analyst and internal teams
-   Document infrastructure and support data-related troubleshooting

**What we expect:**

-   Proven experience as a Data Engineer with ownership of production pipelines.
-   Strong SQL and Python skills
-   Experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS)
-   Experience with orchestration tools (Airflow, Prefect, etc.) and dbt (or similar)
-   Experience designing or rebuilding data warehouses
-   Ability to work independently and explain complex topics simply
-   Fluent English

**Nice to have:**

-   Experience with AWS services (S3, Glue, RDS, Redshift)
-   Experience in fintech, payments, or regulated environments
-   Power BI or Grafana familiarity
-   Lithuanian language
-   AWS certifications
