**About the Role**

As Clinic Director, you will serve as both a **hands-on clinician** and a **strategic leader**, responsible for clinical excellence, team development, and community engagement. You’ll play a key role in establishing H2 Health’s presence in the Roanoke market by developing strong referral relationships, fostering partnerships, and creating a clinic culture patients and clinicians love.

This role is ideal for a Physical Therapist who thrives in autonomy, enjoys networking, and brings a true **owner-operator mentality** to their work.

## Requirements

-   Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
-   Current Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
-   CPR certification, if applicable
-   Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
-   Outpatient Physical Therapy experience preferred
-   Prior formal leadership experience is welcome but not required for candidates who demonstrate strong clinical judgment, initiative, and leadership potential
-   Commitment to patient-centered care and team development
