## Description

**Pediatric Occupational Therapist Assistant**

At **H2 Health Kids**, we believe great care begins with great clinicians. As a Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will provide meaningful, play-based therapy while building strong relationships with children and families in a supportive, team-driven environment.

Our clinicians serve children with autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, sensory processing differences, neurological conditions, and genetic disorders. We focus on helping children improve fine motor skills, sensory regulation, self-care abilities, and independence through individualized, evidence-based care.

Your Role:

-   Implement treatment plans under the supervision of an OT
-   Provide hands-on, play-based therapy interventions
-   Support development of fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills
-   Communicate progress and updates to supervising OT

## Requirements

-   Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited OTA program
-   Active state COTA license (or eligibility)
-   Strong communication and clinical skills
-   Passion for pediatric therapy
-   Commitment to compassionate, family-centered care
