**Compensation: 80,000 - 90,000 + Performance-Based Bonus Opportunities + $5,000 Sign-on Bonus**

**Your Role:**

-   Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, sports-related, and post-operative conditions.
-   Develop individualized, evidence-informed treatment plans to improve mobility, function, and quality of life.
-   Collaborate with colleagues and healthcare providers to support positive patient outcomes.
-   Utilize clinical technology to support efficient documentation and patient care.

## Requirements

-   Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or qualifying equivalent).
-   Active Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
-   Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and interpersonal skills.
-   Commitment to compassionate, evidence-informed, patient-centered care.
