Our Richmond clinic provides comprehensive outpatient physical therapy services for a diverse orthopedic population, including sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, spine care, balance and vestibular disorders, and performance enhancement. You'll have the opportunity to develop individualized treatment plans, utilize evidence-based interventions, and help patients return to the activities they love. **Your Role**

-   Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
-   Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
-   Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and patient education.
-   Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
-   Accurately document patient care using AI-powered Scribe documentation technology.
-   Foster a positive, compassionate, and patient-focused clinical experience.
-   Contribute to a collaborative team culture focused on clinical excellence and continuous improvement.

## Requirements

-   Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT, MPT, or BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
-   Current Kentucky Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
-   CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   New graduates and experienced Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply.
