Complete Hometown Physical Therapy serves Hallettsville and surrounding communities with a strong focus on outpatient orthopedic care. Our team also treats vestibular, neurological, pelvic health, and sports-related conditions using a movement-based approach that includes manual therapy and McKenzie Method principles.
