## Description

H2 Health Kids is seeking a passionate and experienced **Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Physical Therapist (PT)** to lead our pediatric therapy clinic as Clinic Director. This is an exciting opportunity for a clinician who enjoys mentoring others, fostering a positive team culture, and making a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families.

As Clinic Director, you'll combine your clinical expertise with leadership responsibilities, supporting a team of dedicated therapists while helping drive clinic growth, operational success, and exceptional patient care. We're looking for someone who is passionate about both serving patients and helping teams thrive.

**Please note: Candidates must be a licensed SLP, OT, or PT to be considered for this role.**

**Responsibilities**

-   Oversee daily clinic operations including scheduling, staffing, workflow, and facility management
-   Lead, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy team to ensure high-quality patient care and strong team performance
-   Monitor clinic productivity, financial performance, operational metrics, and patient outcomes
-   Support front office and back-office operations including administrative coordination and billing processes
-   Foster a positive, collaborative, and patient-centered clinic culture
-   Ensure compliance with all clinical, operational, regulatory, and company standards
-   Support business development initiatives, physician relationships, and community outreach efforts
-   Partner closely with regional leadership to support clinic growth and operational success
-   Maintain a consistent in-person leadership presence to support staff, patients, and clinic operations
-   Provide direct patient care within your licensed discipline, if applicable

## Requirements

-   Active OT, PT, or SLP license (or license eligible)
-   Strong healthcare leadership experience with the ability to oversee clinic operations, team performance, and daily workflow
-   Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
-   Experience managing staffing, clinic growth, and financial performance preferred
-   Pediatric outpatient experience, including therapy (OT/PT/ST) and ABA services, preferred
-   Ability to maintain a regular in-person clinic presence Monday-Friday
