At our Little Rock outpatient orthopedic clinic, you'll work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-surgical procedures, sports-related conditions, balance and dizziness concerns, and other musculoskeletal impairments. **Your Role:**

-   Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
-   Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life.
-   Treat a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation and balance-related impairments.
-   Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants and support staff to support exceptional patient outcomes.
-   Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies.
-   Accurately document patient evaluations, treatment progression, and outcomes.
-   Build meaningful relationships with patients while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

## Requirements

-   Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
-   Current Arkansas Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
-   Current CPR certification.
-   New graduates are encouraged to apply.
