**Your Role:**

As an Occupational or Physical Therapist specializing in hand therapy, you will:

-   Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for hand, wrist, elbow, and related upper extremity conditions.
-   Deliver skilled therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, wound management, edema control, and custom splint fabrication.
-   Collaborate with surgeons, referring providers, and the clinical team to ensure coordinated, patient‑centered care.
-   Use outcome tools and EMR documentation to track patient progress and communicate goals effectively.
-   Educate patients and caregivers on condition management, activity modification, and injury prevention.
-   Participate in program development and serve as a clinical resource within the hand therapy specialty.

## Requirements

-   Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy program

-   Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice
-   Prior experience in upper extremity/hand therapy is a plus, but mentorship is available for those passionate about pursuing this specialty.
-   Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
