H2 Performance Consulting seeks an experienced Nursing Subject Matter Expert (SME). This position will support the Department of Labor Office of Job Corps Health & Wellness Program by providing subject matter expertise, technical assistance, policy support, assessments, reporting, and collaboration with Government stakeholders. Provide nursing expertise supporting healthcare delivery reviews, compliance assessments, medical record reviews, and quality improvement.

### **Key Responsibilities**

·        Provide expert consultation.

·        Support ROCA/ROTA assessments.

·        Review records and prepare recommendations.

·        Develop reports and training materials.

·        Assist with policy implementation and continuous quality improvement.

### **Required Qualifications**

·        Licensed RN with BSN; 5+ years monitoring healthcare delivery operations.

·        Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust determination.

**Preferred Qualifications**

·        Public health, Job Corps, utilization review.
