## Description

Hagen is a Danish-inspired specialty coffee company built around hospitality, thoughtful design, community, and craftsmanship. Our coffee bars are designed to create a warm, welcoming experience where quality and service go hand in hand.

This role is a chance to help shape the day-to-day experience for both customers and team members in a fast-paced café environment. As Assistant General Manager, you will play an important part in maintaining high standards, supporting performance, and helping create a positive, well-run operation that reflects Hagen’s approach to specialty coffee and hospitality.

### Responsibilities

-   Support daily café operations and maintain exceptional service standards.
-   Lead, coach, and motivate the team throughout each shift.
-   Assist the General Manager with sales targets and operational performance.

## Requirements

-   6 months to 1 year of hospitality and/or coffee experience.
-   6 months to 1 year of supervisory or assistant manager experience, including experience leading shifts.
-   Experience coaching baristas on shift and handling customer issues with confidence and professionalism.
-   Experience supporting a General Manager with team performance.
-   Fluent in English.
-   Eligible to work in the Netherlands.
-   Full flexibility to work a full-time schedule as needed.
-   Fluency in Dutch is a plus.
