**Location:** Hagen Espresso Bar (Hagen Kleine Gartmanplantsoen)  
**Job Type:** _**Full-time / Part-time**_

### What you'll be doing

-   Preparing and serving specialty coffee, teas, and other beverages to Hagen standards.
-   Delivering warm, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service.
-   Taking customer orders accurately and handling payments.
-   Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming café environment.
-   Preparing food and ensuring excellent presentation.
-   Working as part of a supportive team to keep service running smoothly.
-   Following food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.
-   Learning about our coffee and products to confidently recommend them to customers.

### What we're looking for

-   A passion for coffee and creating great customer experiences.

-   Previous barista or hospitality experience is a bonus, but full training is provided.

## Requirements

### Required Qualifications

-   Experience in a guest-facing customer service role.
-   Business-fluent English.
-   Eligibility to work in the Netherlands.

### Preferred Qualifications

-   Experience working in a coffee shop.
-   Comfortable handling cash and card payments and using point-of-sale systems.
-   Good knowledge of food safety, café hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
-   Business-fluent Dutch.
