## Description

**Hamiltonian Dynamics** is a growing technology company working across Defence and Cyber Security, delivering software solutions for high-assurance environments. With teams based in Gloucestershire, Manchester, and London, we are expanding our analysis capability and are looking for a Delivery Lead to join us.

## Requirements

The role will be varied and provide exciting challenges, here are some of the responsibilities you can expect:

_Act as the Scrum Master for the team to:_

-   Facilitate scrum ceremonies
-   Promote and coach on agile principles and continuous improvement
-   Support the Product Owner in owning and managing the product backlog
-   Remove impediments and help the team to resolve conflicts
-   Facilitate communication between the team, Product Owner and stakeholders

_Act as the Delivery Lead for the project to:_

-   Track and communicate delivery metrics, status and risks to stakeholders
-   Report on delivery performance against Product Goals and Project objectives
-   Ensure the necessary resources are available to enable the team to deliver
-   Managing and monitoring stakeholder relationships

**Security & Location Requirements**

-   UK citizen with at least **10 years UK residency**
-   Must already hold **high-level UK security clearance**
-   Willing to work on customer site in **Cheltenham, up to 5 days per week**
