## Description

HanmiGlobal Saudi is seeking a dedicated **Landscape Inspector** to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting landscape works during construction to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. You will play a vital role in maintaining project quality and assisting in the successful completion of landscaping projects.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Conduct regular site inspections to verify that landscape construction aligns with approved plans and specifications.
-   Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship throughout the landscaping process.
-   Identify and report any deviations or defects, recommending appropriate corrective measures.
-   Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards on-site.
-   Maintain accurate records of inspections, reports, and site observations.
-   Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and design teams to resolve any issues.
-   Assist in the preparation of progress reports and documentation for management and clients.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or a related field.
-   At least 3 years of experience in landscape inspection.
-   Strong knowledge of landscape design principles, plants, and construction techniques.
-   Attention to detail and excellent observation skills.
-   Effective communication and report writing abilities.
-   Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
-   Familiarity with local regulations and standards is a plus.
