## Description

HanmiGlobal Saudi is seeking a highly experienced **Senior Road Engineer** to lead the planning, design, and construction supervision of road infrastructure projects. The role requires expertise in all phases of road engineering to ensure delivery of high-quality, sustainable, and efficient road networks that meet client specifications and regulatory standards.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Lead the design and review of road alignments, pavements, drainage, and related infrastructure components.
-   Conduct feasibility studies, traffic analysis, and cost estimations.
-   Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
-   Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including geotechnical, structural, and environmental engineers for integrated project delivery.
-   Prepare technical reports, proposals, and tender documents.
-   Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
-   Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and field staff.
-   Ensure adherence to local regulations and environmental sustainability standards.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
-   Minimum 15 years of experience in road design, construction, and project management.
-   Proficiency with road design software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, and traffic analysis tools.
-   Strong knowledge of pavement design, materials, and construction methods.
-   Experience managing large-scale road infrastructure projects.
-   Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
-   Familiarity with local standards and regulations in Saudi Arabia preferred.
