## Description

**Role Overview:**

The Landscape Architect will support the design and delivery of landscape projects through design

development, technical reviews, and site coordination. The role requires a balance of creative design capability and

technical oversight, ensuring that project deliverables meet the required quality, timelines, and Client expectations.

The position reports directly to the Senior Landscape Architect.

**Key Responsibilities:**

· Review and assess design submissions and shop drawings prepared by contractors for compliance with project

requirements and design intent.

· Contribute to concept design development and assist in refining design solutions.

· Prepare and adjust landscape designs based on project needs, site conditions, and Client feedback.

· Ensure all design deliverables align with approved plans, specifications, and standards.

· Manage and follow up on deliverables from the contractor’s technical team to ensure timely and accurate

submissions.

· Conduct site visits to monitor progress, provide site instructions, and verify that works are executed in

accordance with approved drawings.

· Approve completed works at site in coordination with the Senior Landscape Architect and project team.

· Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and visual materials for Client meetings.

· Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.

· Support the Senior Landscape Architect in overall project design management and coordination.

**Requirements:**

· Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.

. Bachelor’s Degree +7 years’ experience

. Master’s Degree +5 years’ experience

· Proven experience in landscape design and project coordination.

· Strong proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, Lumion, and/or SketchUp.

· Ability to review technical drawings and provide design solutions.

· Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience presenting to Clients.

· Willingness to conduct regular site visits and work in a dynamic project environment.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate effectively with contractor teams
