## Description

HanmiGlobal Saudi is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **Site Engineer** to manage and supervise construction site activities. The Site Engineer will ensure that projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with design specifications, schedules, and quality standards.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is done according to approved plans and specifications.
-   Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other engineering teams on-site.
-   Monitor site progress, quality, and safety compliance.
-   Resolve technical issues and provide solutions promptly to avoid delays.
-   Prepare site reports, documentation, and progress updates.
-   Ensure materials and equipment are available and used efficiently.
-   Conduct inspections and tests to verify work quality.
-   Support the implementation of health, safety, and environmental policies on-site.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
-   12 years of experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects.
-   Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
-   Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
-   Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
-   Familiarity with safety regulations and site management protocols.
-   Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is an advantage.
