## Description

HanmiGlobal Saudi is looking for a qualified **Landscape/Architect Inspector** to ensure that landscaping and architectural works are completed to the highest standards and in accordance with project specifications and regulations. As a key member of the project team, you will conduct inspections, monitor progress, and provide guidance to contractors to ensure quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Inspect landscape and architectural works to ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, and industry standards.
-   Monitor contractor performance, quality of materials, and work processes on-site.
-   Identify non-conformities and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
-   Review project documentation and assist in ensuring that all submittals are in compliance with project requirements.
-   Maintain detailed records of inspections, progress reports, and documentation of site activities.
-   Collaborate with the project team to resolve design and construction issues.
-   Participate in meetings with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.
-   Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape and architectural inspection or related roles.
-   Strong understanding of landscape design, plants, and relevant regulatory requirements.
-   Excellent observational and analytical skills.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.
-   Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
-   Must be a Saudi National.
