## Description

HanmiGlobal Saudi is actively looking for an experienced **Senior Urban Planning Specialist** to join our dynamic team. The role focuses on leading urban planning projects, bridging the gap between sustainable development and innovative urban design to meet the demands of Saudi Arabia’s evolving infrastructure landscape.

### **Main Responsibilities**

-   Develop and oversee urban planning strategies aligned with client goals and regulatory requirements.
-   Analyze urban development trends and prepare comprehensive planning documentation.
-   Coordinate with engineers, architects, government officials, and community stakeholders to deliver integrated urban solutions.
-   Conduct environmental and social impact assessments to support sustainable urban growth.
-   Manage planning schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery of projects.
-   Provide mentorship and technical support to junior planners and project staff.

## Requirements

-   A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Urban Planning, Geography, Architecture, or a related discipline.
-   At least 15 years of significant experience in urban planning, preferably within the Middle East construction and infrastructure sectors.
-   Expertise in local planning regulations, zoning, land development laws, and sustainable urban design principles.
-   Proficiency with GIS, CAD, and other urban planning software tools.
-   Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
-   Proven track record working with PMC/PMO or consultant companies is highly preferred.
