## Description

### Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic fresh graduate to join our Human Resources team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations while supporting the full recruitment cycle and various HR activities.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
-   Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
-   Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
-   Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
-   Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
-   Assist in preparing employment offers and onboarding documentation.
-   Support new employee onboarding and orientation activities.
-   Maintain HR records and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
-   Prepare recruitment reports and update recruitment trackers.
-   Assist with employer branding initiatives and career fairs.
-   Support the HR team with administrative tasks and other HR-related activities as assigned.

### Qualifications

-   Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-   Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Good organizational and time management skills.
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
-   Good command of written and spoken English.
-   Eagerness to learn and develop a career in Human Resources.

### Preferred Qualifications

-   Internship experience in HR or Recruitment.
-   Familiarity with ATS or HR systems is an advantage.
-   Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law is a plus.
