## Description

HanmiGlobal Saudi is looking for a dedicated **Quantity Surveyor - LD** to support our line design projects by managing cost estimation, contract administration, and cost control. You will play a vital role in ensuring the financial accuracy and efficiency of our LD projects, contributing to their successful delivery.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Prepare and review cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities related to line design projects.
-   Assist in contract preparation, negotiation, and administration for LD scopes.
-   Monitor project expenditure and cost variations, providing regular financial reports.
-   Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure accurate measurement and valuation of work done.
-   Process valuations, variations, and interim payment certificates timely and accurately.
-   Maintain detailed records of all contract documentation and correspondence.
-   Assist in resolving contractual issues and claims related to LD projects.
-   Support senior quantity surveyors in managing overall project cost control.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
-   Minimum 10 years’ experience in quantity surveying, preferably with exposure to line design projects.
-   Good knowledge of contract administration, cost control, and quantity take-offs.
-   Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office applications.
-   Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
-   Experience working in construction projects within Saudi Arabia or similar markets is an advantage.
-   working experience in PMC/PMO, Consultant Companies.
