## Description

We are looking for a **Game Developer (Playable Ads)** to create engaging, interactive playable ads that drive performance across our **user acquisition (UA) campaigns**. You will work closely with our Marketing team to turn game concepts into lightweight playable experiences, continuously iterating based on campaign performance to improve engagement, conversion, and downloads.

**What You'll Be Doing**

-   Develop, test, and iterate on playable advertising creatives for mobile games.
-   Turn creative concepts and game ideas into engaging interactive experiences, including prototyping new mechanics and gameplay variations.
-   Work closely with the Marketing team to improve playable performance based on campaign results and A/B testing.
-   Optimize playables for performance, loading speed, and file size across mobile platforms.
-   Explore new tools and AI-assisted workflows to improve the speed and efficiency of playable development.

**What We're Looking For**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
-   2+ years of software development experience.
-   Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript and/or HTML5.
-   Hands-on experience with Cocos Creator or similar game engines.
-   Experience developing game mechanics, gameplay logic, or interactive experiences.
-   Good understanding of animation, UI interactions, and performance optimization.
-   Strong problem-solving skills and ability to rapidly prototype and iterate.
-   Passion for mobile games and game development especially puzzle games.
