At Hatzfeld Care we provide residential care for adults with varying needs such as Asperger’s, Schizophrenia or eating disorders to age-related illnesses or Dementia. A person-centred care plan is produced tailored to each individual’s specific needs.

As a **Housekeeper** you will be expected to organise and provide cleaning services in accordance with agreed standards, legislative requirements, relevant regulations and in line with accepted best practices.

**Responsibilities for a Housekeeper**

-   Assist in the assessment of the effectiveness of cleaning implementation and delivery
-   To supervise the cleaning and laundry services within the home in accordance with agreed standards
-   Implement actions to meet and maintain cleaning standards
-   Systematically solve day-to-day problematical issues which arise
-   Evaluate standards of cleaning competence
-   Ensure the Service Users’ rights are protected
-   Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals they support

**Communication Skills**

-   Good English - Written and verbal
-   To communicate effectively with Service Users and their visitors

## Requirements

### Requirements

**Desirable but not essential**

Previous experience of working in a similar environment

Previous experience of working as a housekeeper

Experience of working with Service Users who have additional support needs

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £12.88 per hour

24 hours per week (4x 6 hour shifts)
