## Description

Hatzi Filax Group, on behalf of its client, a growing digital agency with an increasing client portfolio, is looking for an Operations & Project Delivery Lead to help structure, coordinate and execute client delivery end-to-end.

This is not a purely managerial role. We are looking for someone who can own operations, keep projects moving, coordinate the team and also be hands-on inside the delivery when needed.

### Indicative Responsibilities

-   Own and manage project timelines and client delivery, from kick-off through to launch.
-   Coordinate day-to-day team priorities, resource planning and delivery capacity.
-   Set up, improve and maintain internal processes, SOPs and workflows.
-   Manage project management tools, task tracking and delivery visibility across clients.
-   Coordinate cross-functional work across Shopify, paid media, content and creative teams.
-   Support Shopify setup, app configuration, QA checks and launch preparation.
-   Assist with Meta and Google Ads account setup, coordination and basic troubleshooting.
-   Oversee content and creative workflows to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
-   Follow up on client delivery actions, resolve blockers and keep projects moving.
-   Identify opportunities to streamline operations, improve processes and introduce automation where relevant.

### Requirements:

The ideal candidate would possess:

-   2-4+ years of experience in a digital agency or similar fast-paced environment.
-   Real responsibility in project delivery, not just task coordination.
-   Working knowledge of Shopify.
-   Familiarity with Meta Ads and Google Ads account setup.
-   Strong experience with project management tools such as Monday.com, Notion or ClickUp.
-   Fluency in Greek and English.
-   Strong ownership mindset and hands-on mentality.
-   Someone who builds, improves and executes, not someone who only delegates.

### Nice to have

-   Experience working with e-commerce brands.
-   Experience creating SOPs, delivery workflows or internal automations.
-   Comfortable working closely with founders or small teams.
