## Description

Hatzi Filax Group, on behalf of our client, a diversified group of companies operating across shipping, hospitality, and other sectors, is seeking a hands-on AI & Automation Specialist.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Group CEO to identify opportunities, develop practical AI solutions, and drive automation initiatives across the Group.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Identify opportunities for AI integration and process automation across the Group.
-   Design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions, agents, and automated workflows.
-   Integrate AI tools with existing business systems and applications.
-   Collaborate with different departments to understand business needs and improve operational efficiency.
-   Support employees in adopting AI tools and new ways of working.
-   Monitor and optimize implemented solutions to deliver measurable business results.

## Requirements

-   3-5+ years of experience implementing AI solutions and workflow automation.
-   Familiarity with Generative AI and LLMs.
-   Familiarity with automation platforms such as Make, n8n, Zapier, or similar.
-   Experience translating business needs into practical technical solutions.
-   Eligible to work in Greece.
