## Description

On behalf of our client, Hatzi Filax Group is seeking a dynamic Senior Category Lead. In this role, you will hold full accountability for the strategic direction and commercial success of our top product categories, leading your team to curate a product selection that delivers an exceptional customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   **Strategy & Growth:** Execute targeted initiatives to drive sales volume and profitability across Retail, e-Commerce, and Wholesale channels.
-   **Product Innovation:** Coordinate product mix restructuring projects (encompassing sourcing, purchasing, and merchandising) and oversee Private Label initiatives.
-   **Commercial Policy:** Manage the annual budget, deploy pilot pricing programs, and design the promotional calendar.
-   **Inventory Control:** Monitor core operational metrics (such as turnover rate and stockouts) while managing inventory clearance campaigns.
-   **Leadership & Knowledge Transfer:** Guide and mentor the team, strengthen vendor partnerships, and build training frameworks tailored to various sales channels.

## Requirements

-   **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
-   **Experience:** 3–5 years of proven track record in Category Management or a similar commercial position.
-   **Skills:** Strong analytical capabilities (including forecasting and budgeting), alongside proficiency in Visual Merchandising tools and ERP software.
-   **Traits:** A data-driven mindset, strong orientation toward results, exceptional leadership qualities, and fluency in English.
