Health Plus Management (“Health Plus”) was formed in 1994 to provide practice management services to privately owned physiatry practices. Over the course of our history, we have assisted numerous physiatrists in opening their own practice and subsequently provided such physicians with practice management services. By outsourcing the majority of the operational and business functions needed to run their practice, our clients are able to treat larger patient volumes on a daily basis, allowing them to generate significant revenue and operate profitable practices. Today we provide practice management services to a wide range of musculoskeletal providers including Orthopedics, Physiatrist, Physical Therapist and Pain Management specialiatist across Long Island, the New York City Metroploitan Area, Westchester, Upstate and New Jersey. We provide our clients with an economical solution to managing the business and operations of their practice as our management services allow our clients to benefit from an infrastructure and back office that is typical of a much larger healthcare group.

Health Plus employs more than 200 professionals, with our corporate office located in Uniondale, NY and our supported practices in the tri-state. Our employees are highly skilled and experienced in the services we provide. We are led by a seasoned management team consisting of professionals with extensive healthcare and practice management experience. What We Do:
While the majority of our competitors provide a single service such as billings or collections, we provide our clients with a full suite of management services and perform nearly all of the non-medical functions for their practices. We assist many of our clients with the location, selection, and build-out of their centers and we are typically the lessee for the facilities in which our clients’ practices operate. As a result, the Physiatrists who engage us are provided with a fully-functioning center complete with exceptional administrative employees and the systems needed to manage the practice from day one of operations. From that point forward, we work arduously to drive patient volume to our clients’ centers, bill and collect the money owed to them for treatment of patients, and provide general oversight of the practice to ensure it operates in a manner that complies with the ever-changing healthcare regulatory and insurance environments.
