> <p>Central London Healthcare is a federation of 27 General Practices in Westminster caring for more than 275,000 registered patients<br></p><p>We provide community and primary care services to our local residents in addition to a wide range of staffing, management and administrative support to our Practices.</p><p>We work closely with our Primary Care Networks, local NHS commissioners, local authorities, charities, and NHS providers in order to develop and implement an Integrated Care System (ICS).</p><p>By coordinating health and social care in this way, we believe we can help people stay well and live healthier lives for longer.</p>
