**Earn $23–$26/hr with full benefits, 401(k), and 3 weeks PTO—no nights or weekends.** Healthcare Revenue Group is looking for a Medical Billing / AR Specialist to join our Overland Park team, with a flexible Friday remote option after 90 days.

### What You’ll Do

-   **Manage accounts receivable** to keep financial operations running smoothly
-   **Review, submit, and follow up** on insurance claims and denials
-   **Resolve billing issues** and provide day-to-day client support
-   **Post payments** and handle charge entry as needed
-   **Prepare monthly reports** that support informed decision-making
-   **Collaborate with the team** on general office tasks as needed

### What We’re Looking For

-   **3+ years** of medical billing experience
-   **Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word**
-   **Willingness to learn** new practice management and billing software
-   **Strong communication** and problem-solving skills
-   **Ability to work independently** and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
-   **Dependable and self-motivated** — you take ownership of your work
