### Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Adult Primary Care

**Glendale, AZ | Monday–Friday | $120,000–$150,000 Base + Bonus**

A well-known and stable primary care clinic in Glendale is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its adult primary care team. This is a great opportunity for a provider who wants a Monday–Friday outpatient role with strong support, excellent clinicians, and a clinic environment known for quality care and a strong reputation.

This role is open to new graduates, though candidates with 2–3 years of primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine experience are preferred.

### What You’ll Do

-   Provide outpatient primary care to adult patients
-   Perform patient evaluations, follow-ups, and wellness visits
-   Manage acute and chronic conditions
-   Order and interpret labs and diagnostic testing
-   Develop treatment plans and provide patient education
-   Prescribe and manage medications as appropriate
-   Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and clinical support staff
-   Maintain accurate and timely documentation
-   Support continuity of care in a team-based clinic setting

### What We’re Looking For

-   Licensed or eligible for licensure as an NP or PA in Arizona
-   Completion of an NP or PA program in the United States
-   FNP or PA certification, as applicable
-   Interest in adult primary care
-   Strong communication and patient care skills
-   New graduates welcome
-   2–3 years of primary care experience preferred
