### Compensation & Benefits

**Base Salary:** **$100,000–$140,000 annually** (based on experience)

### What You'll Do

-   Provide comprehensive primary care for patients across the lifespan
-   Perform annual wellness exams, preventive screenings, and routine physicals
-   Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and common medical conditions
-   Manage chronic diseases including diabetes, hypertension, COPD, and other ongoing health concerns
-   Order, interpret, and review laboratory tests, diagnostic studies, and imaging
-   Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress
-   Educate patients on preventive care, medications, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle choices
-   Coordinate specialty referrals and follow-up care
-   Maintain accurate, timely documentation within the electronic health record (EHR)
-   Participate in quality improvement initiatives and collaborative care activities

### Qualifications

**Required**

-   Active, unrestricted Arizona Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
-   Graduate of an accredited U.S. Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
-   DEA registration (or ability to obtain before employment)
-   Eligible for credentialing with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance plans
-   Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care
-   No history of malpractice claims or professional disciplinary action

**Preferred**

-   One or more years of outpatient Family Medicine or Primary Care experience
-   New graduates with strong primary care clinical rotations are encouraged to apply
