**Clinical Director – Physical Therapy Clinic**

**Location:** Peoria, Arizona

**Employment Type:** Full-Time

**Schedule:** Monday–Friday | 40 hours/week

**Compensation:** **$115,000 – $125,000 annually** (Base Salary)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated **Clinical Director** to lead our outpatient Physical Therapy clinic in Peoria Arizona. This role combines clinical excellence with operational leadership, overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care and managing the clinic's daily operations.

The **Clinical Director** will mentor and support the rehabilitation team, drive patient outcomes, optimize clinic performance, and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and exceptional customer service. **Key Responsibilities**

-   Provide clinical leadership and oversight for all rehabilitation services within the clinic.
-   Maintain an active patient caseload while managing day-to-day clinic operations.
-   Supervise, mentor, and develop Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), and support staff.
-   Ensure delivery of evidence-based, patient-centered care and achievement of optimal functional outcomes.
-   Monitor clinic productivity, patient satisfaction, quality metrics, and operational performance.
-   Oversee scheduling, staffing, workflow efficiency, and resource utilization.
-   Recruit, onboard, train, and evaluate clinical team members.
-   Ensure compliance with state practice acts, Medicare regulations, HIPAA, OSHA, and accreditation standards.
-   Partner with regional leadership to achieve financial, operational, and quality goals.
-   Foster relationships with referring providers and community partners.
-   Support business development initiatives and promote clinic growth.
-   Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with payer requirements.
-   Lead quality improvement initiatives and implement best practices across the clinic.

**Required Qualifications**

-   Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
-   Current Arizona Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain prior to start).
-   Minimum of **3–5 years of outpatient orthopedic physical therapy experience.**
-   **Previous leadership, supervisory, or clinic management experience preferred.**
-   **Strong knowledge of outpatient rehabilitation operations and clinical best practices.**
-   **Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.**
-   **Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.**

**Preferred Qualifications**

-   Board Certification (OCS or other ABPTS specialty certification).
-   Experience managing clinic operations, budgeting, and staff performance.
