### **Position Summary**

We are currently seeking a **full-time Physical Therapist** to join our outpatient rehabilitation team. In this role, you’ll assess, plan, and deliver individualized therapy to patients managing orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions. You’ll enjoy a balance of autonomy and interdisciplinary collaboration, with resources designed to help you provide outstanding patient outcomes.

### **Core Responsibilities**

-   Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and functional assessments
-   Design and implement customized treatment plans rooted in clinical evidence
-   Deliver therapy through manual techniques, therapeutic exercise, and modalities
-   Reassess and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress
-   Collaborate with referring providers and healthcare team members

### **Qualifications**

-   Graduate of a **CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program** (U.S. only; excludes Puerto Rico)
-   Master’s degree required; **Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)** preferred
-   Active or eligible **Arizona Physical Therapist license**
-   **Proficient in clinical documentation and electronic medical records**
-   **Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills**
-   **Comfortable working in a high-volume, team-based outpatient environment**
