This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide impactful therapeutic services to adolescents facing complex emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. Job Duties & Responsibilities: - Provide individual and group therapy sessions to adolescent clients - Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans aligned with best clinical practices - Collaborate with families, schools, primary care providers, and community partners to ensure continuity of care - Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation within the EMR system - Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings and clinical consultations - Provide crisis intervention, de-escalation, and behavioral support when needed - Stay informed on emerging trends and best practices in adolescent mental health - Support treatment goals through effective communication and coordination with the care team Prerequisites / License & Certification Requirements: - Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field - Active Arizona licensure (LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) preferred - Candidates who are license-eligible, pending licensure, or actively pursuing Arizona licensure will be considered - Minimum of 2 years of experience working with adolescents preferred - Strong knowledge of adolescent development, trauma-informed care, and behavioral health diagnoses - Specialized training in trauma-informed care, DBT, CBT, or family systems therapy preferred - Strong communication, documentation, and clinical assessment skills If you meet all of our criteria and would like to be considered, please apply with your most updated Resume/CV.
