**Compensation Models**

**W-2 Employed Model**

-   **Base Salary:** $280,000 – $450,000 (based on experience and subspecialty)
-   **Incentives:** Additional performance-based bonuses

**1099 Independent Contractor Model**

-   **Earning Potential:** $500,000+ annually, dependent on patient volume

-   Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
