**RN - Procedure Center Manager**

**Location:** Sun City, Arizona

**Compensation:** $100,000 - $115,000 annually (DOE)

**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, set daytime hours

**Travel:** None

**Overview:**

We are looking for an experienced RN leader to manage the team at the Sun City location. This role leads daily operations, supervises the clinical team, and ensures high-quality patient care across outpatient procedural services. The manager oversees **15–18 RNs, scrub techs, and MAs**, supported by an RN Lead and site lead. This is primarily an administrative leadership role with occasional clinical support as needed.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Manage daily operations and clinical workflows
-   Lead and mentor clinical staff; oversee hiring, onboarding, and performance
-   Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards
-   Support perioperative services, pre/post-op workflows, sterile processing, and sedation services
-   Partner with leadership on budgeting, staffing, metrics, and process improvement
-   Assist with scheduling, resource allocation, and operational planning

**Requirements:**

-   BSN required; current RN license
-   1–2 years relevant clinical experience; leadership or management experience preferred
-   Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
-   Ability to manage the team

**Environment:**

-   Majority pain and interventional spine procedures; occasional kyphoplasty and IR cases
-   Manager not required to cover occasional Saturday sessions
