**OB/GYN Physician – Comprehensive Practice | Outpatient & Inpatient Care | Community-Focused Setting**

**Location:** Casa Grande, Arizona

**Employment Type:** Full-Time

**Schedule:** Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible schedule, must work at least 36 hours)

**Practice Setting:** Outpatient Women’s Health Clinic with Integrated Hospital Coverage

**Call Schedule:** Shared rotation among OB/GYN team (6-7 calls per month 24 hr shifts)

**Position Overview**

A respected, community-based women’s health practice in Casa Grande, Arizona is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN Physician to join its collaborative team. This full-time role integrates outpatient clinic services with inpatient obstetrics and surgical coverage at a nearby hospital, providing continuity of care in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

**Compensation & Benefits**

-   **Base Salary:** $300,000 – $375,000 (based on experience)

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Deliver comprehensive outpatient gynecologic care, including preventive services, contraceptive counseling, screenings, and diagnostics
-   Manage all aspects of obstetric care: prenatal, labor & delivery (vaginal and cesarean), and postpartum follow-up
-   Perform gynecologic surgeries, including laparoscopic and minimally invasive procedures
-   Collaborate with hospital and clinic teams to ensure seamless patient care
-   Educate patients on reproductive health, fertility, and family planning options
-   Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
-   Participate in practice development, quality initiatives, and community outreach efforts

**Candidate Requirements**

**Minimum:**

-   MD or DO from an accredited U.S. medical school
-   Completion of an ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency
-   Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
-   Arizona medical license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)

**Preferred:**

-   Spanish language proficiency
-   Experience in community health or underserved care settings
