-   Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests and imaging
-   Educate patients on medications, treatment plans, and healthy lifestyle practices
-   Maintain accurate EHR documentation with **synchronous scribe support**
-   **Coordinate referrals and manage transitions of care**
-   **Participate in clinical quality initiatives and practice improvement efforts**

**Qualifications**

-   Active and **unrestricted Arizona NP or PA license**
-   **Current DEA registration** or ability to obtain
-   Credentialing eligibility with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurers
-   **No history of malpractice or disciplinary action**
-   **Graduate of an accredited U.S.-based NP or PA program**
