**Position Summary**

**An established outpatient family medicine clinic in Prescott, Arizona is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant** to deliver comprehensive, high-quality primary care. This role offers a consistent weekday schedule with no evening, weekend, or on-call duties—ideal for providers prioritizing both patient impact and personal balance.

The clinic promotes a streamlined, patient-centered model of care with onsite scribe support, collaborative team dynamics, and manageable patient volumes to ensure focus on quality over quantity.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Deliver primary care services to a diverse patient panel across all age groups
-   Conduct annual physicals, wellness exams, and preventive screenings
-   Diagnose and manage common acute conditions and chronic diseases
-   Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
-   Order, interpret, and follow up on lab results, imaging, and diagnostics
-   Educate patients on health maintenance, medication adherence, and lifestyle management
-   Coordinate care with onsite colleagues and external specialists
-   Accurately document all clinical encounters within the EMR (supported by full-time scribes)
-   Maintain an average daily patient volume of 10–15 visits

**Minimum Qualifications**

-   Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Arizona
-   Graduation from an accredited U.S.-based NP or PA program
-   DEA licensure (or eligibility to obtain) in Arizona
-   Eligible for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer enrollment
-   No history of disciplinary actions or malpractice claims
