About the Opportunity / A Day in the Life

This is a strong opportunity for an FNP or PA who enjoys **relationship-based primary care and wants an adult-only outpatient practice with a predictable Monday–Friday schedule**.

Your day will include a mix of routine primary care, wellness visits, follow-ups, acute concerns, and chronic disease management. You’ll evaluate patients, order and interpret appropriate testing, manage medications, develop treatment plans, and educate patients on their health and ongoing care.

Because this is an adult-only practice, you can focus your clinical work on adult and chronic disease management without a pediatric patient population. You’ll also have physicians, APPs, and experienced clinical staff around you for collaboration and support.

**New graduates are welcome to apply.** For a newer provider, this is an opportunity to build confidence and develop a strong primary care foundation within an established team. Experienced FNPs and PAs can bring their existing skills to a stable practice while continuing to build patient relationships and continuity of care.

- **Adult-only patient population** with no pediatric primary care
- New graduate FNPs and PAs are welcome and encouraged to apply

Why Join Us

Join an established Phoenix primary care practice where you can focus on adult medicine, develop meaningful patient relationships, and work alongside an experienced clinical team.
