## Requirements

## Who We're Looking For

-   DVM/VMD or equivalent veterinary degree
-   Active North Carolina veterinary license or eligibility
-   Valid driver's license
-   A compassionate heart and commitment to exceptional end-of-life care
-   Availability consistent with the position's schedule, including some weekends

_Hospice experience is not required. We'll support you as you transition into this meaningful field of veterinary medicine._

We offer 2-Day, **3-Day, 4-Day, and 5-Day employment opportunities** throughout Chicago, West Chicago, Dekalb - Illinois and Surrounding Suburbs & Metropolitan Areas.

Our compensation structure is designed to reward your dedication while providing financial stability, with **4-Day positions starting at $110,000 annually and 5-day positions offering a $135,000 annual base salary, plus additional Quarterly Performance-Based Bonus Opportunities.**

**Our Two, Three-Day and Self-Managed Flex Scheduling Opportunities Available** with Pro-Rated Compensation adjusted based on the agreed-upon schedule.
