What you will be doing

As a key member of our team, you will manage end-to-end complex bodily injury and fatality claim files - RCA/motor and general liability. You will evaluate medical documentation, determine liability under Romanian law and ASF guidelines, negotiate fair settlements, and liaise with legal advisors while ensuring every claimant is treated with care, transparency, and respect.

Key Responsibilities

-   Claim Assessment and Handling: Review, register, and evaluate complex bodily injury and fatality claims from initial notification through to final settlement.
-   Settlement and Liability Determination: Analyze accident reports, police findings, and expert assessments to establish liability and formulate accurate financial reserves within our Insurtech platform.
-   Medical & Damages Evaluation: Examine detailed medical reports, trauma severity, loss of earnings, and care requirements to calculate compensation fairly and accurately.
-   Negotiation and Partner Communication: Conduct high-level negotiations with injured parties, legal representatives, and external correspondents to reach prompt and equitable settlements.
-   Litigation and Legal Support: Coordinate closely with external panel lawyers to define defense strategies for litigated claims and represent company interests effectively.
-   System and Compliance Management: Maintain accurate digital claim files and ensure strict compliance with Romanian insurance regulations (ASF guidelines) and internal standards.

What we are looking for

-   Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Motor Bodily Injury claims within the Romanian market.
-   Good organizational and time management skills.
-   Strong understanding of Romanian insurance regulations (ASF guidelines), civil law, and judicial compensation standards for non-material damages.
-   Fluency in Romanian and English is required (both written and spoken).
-   Good problem-solving skills, particularly when reviewing technical documentation.
-   Fluency in Romanian and English is required (both written and spoken).
-   Proficiency in modern software and digital tools.
