By joining us, you become part of an environment where matching is not a coincidence, but a decision.

Today we are looking for an HCP Onboarding Specialist to support the administrative and compliance aspects of onboarding Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) before they can be formally engaged. This role is essential for ensuring data accuracy, proper documentation, and adherence to internal and external compliance standards.

### YOU WILL

- Create, update, and maintain HCP profiles in master data and CRM systems.
- Support HCPs throughout the onboarding process, including portal registration and documentation submission.
- Perform basic due‑diligence checks (e.g., COI validations) and monitor expiries, approvals, and required updates.
- Conduct Fair Market Value (FMV) tiering using internal tools and established criteria.
- Document exceptions, maintain audit‑ready records, and ensure full compliance with internal policies.
- Collaborate with compliance, medical, and operational teams to ensure onboarding completeness and accuracy.
- Provide clear guidance to stakeholders on onboarding requirements and process steps.
- Contribute to process improvements and standardization within HCP operations.

## Requirements

- 1–4 years of experience in HCP operations, compliance, medical affairs support, or similar administrative roles.
- Experience working with HCP systems (e.g., Veeva, Reltio, or similar platforms) is a strong advantage.
- Excellent data accuracy, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple onboarding cases simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and comfort in supporting external stakeholders (HCPs).
- Ability to work in a structured, compliance‑driven environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other foreign language is nice to have.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented mindset and readiness to work in a dynamic, international setting.
