We are looking for an **T&E Analyst** to provide temporary support for a **project lasting up to two months**. The role will focus on reconciling corporate credit card transactions, resolving outstanding expense-related balances and supporting the reconciliation of prepayments.

**You will**

-   Reconcile corporate credit card transactions and outstanding balances.
-   Follow up with employees regarding outstanding expense report submissions.
-   Investigate and resolve unreconciled expense-related balances.
-   Support the reconciliation of prepayments in the system.
-   Cooperate with the finance team to ensure outstanding balances are cleared efficiently.

## Requirements

-   Experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Travel & Expense (T&E) processes.
-   Experience with account reconciliation and resolving outstanding balances.
-   Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to financial data.
-   Strong English communication skills.
-   Ability to work independently and proactively on a short-term assignment.
-   Greek language skills would be an advantage.
-   Availability for a temporary assignment of up to 2 months.
