Today we are looking for a **Supplier Quality & Food Safety Auditor** who will oversee production standards, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements. This role requires **regular travel across Asia** or **permanent residence in the region**.

### YOU WILL

-   Conduct regular on-site visits to manufacturing plants and subcontractors across Asia.
-   Performfood safety, quality and manufacturing audits (process audits, hygiene audits, documentation audits).
-   Verify production and quality documentation, including specifications, certificates, and control reports.
-   Ensure compliance with company standards, food safety requirements, and international norms (HACCP, ISO 22000, IFS, BRC).
-   Monitor corrective actions and follow up on non-conformities.
-   Build strong working relationships with local production teams and suppliers.
-   Report audit findings, risks, and recommendations to the European headquarters.
-   Support continuous improvement of product.

## Requirements

-   Experience in the food industry - ideally as a Food Technologist, Quality Specialist, Food Safety Auditor, or similar.
-   Strong knowledge of food safety systems: HACCP, GHP/GMP, ISO 22000, IFS, BRC.
-   Experience conducting audits in production environments (internal or supplier audits).
-   Understanding of food manufacturing processes.
-   Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites across the region.
-   Excellent communication skills and ability to work in multicultural environments.
-   Willingness to travel frequently across Asia or already based in the region (China preferred).
-   English proficiency (spoken and written).
-   Knowledge of Mandarin or another Asian language is a plus.
