We are looking for a **People Analytics & Transformation Consultant** who combines analytical and data engineering skills with a strong consulting mindset.

In this role, you will work at the intersection of **People Consulting, Data Analytics and HR Transformation**, supporting clients in making data-driven decisions and improving their people-related processes. You will be involved in both the technical side of data preparation and analysis and the consulting side of translating data into clear business recommendations.

The role is approximately **50% consulting and 50% data engineering/analytics**, making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data but also wants to understand the business context, work with stakeholders and contribute to transformation projects.

### You will

-   Support **People Analytics and HR transformation projects** for national and international clients.
-   Work with HR and workforce data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for improvement.
-   Prepare, transform and integrate data from different HR and business sources.
-   Build and maintain **dashboards, reports and analytical solutions**, preferably using Power BI.
-   Use **SQL, Python and Excel** to manipulate, analyse and structure data.
-   Support the development and automation of recurring reporting and analytical processes.
-   Translate analytical findings into **clear, practical business recommendations** for clients and internal stakeholders.
-   Contribute to workforce planning, organizational design, workforce cost analysis and other data-driven transformation topics.
-   Work closely with consultants and subject-matter experts to understand business questions and translate them into analytical solutions.
-   Support the use of **AI and automation** in analytics and consulting processes.
-   Participate in project planning, stakeholder meetings and the delivery of consulting projects.
-   Contribute to developing best practices, analytical methodologies and knowledge sharing within the team.

## Requirements

-   **5+ years of experience** in Data Analytics, People Analytics, HR Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Engineering or a related field.
-   Experience working with **HR, workforce or organizational data** is highly desirable.
-   Strong knowledge of **SQL and Python** for data manipulation and analysis.
-   Good knowledge of **Excel**, including advanced formulas and preferably Power Query.
-   Experience with **Power BI or another Business Intelligence tool**.
-   Understanding of data preparation, transformation, integration and data quality principles.
-   Experience working with different data sources and building automated or repeatable analytical solutions.
-   A strong interest in **consulting and business transformation**, with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions.
-   Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain analytical topics to non-technical audiences.
-   Experience working in projects and collaborating with different stakeholders.
-   Familiarity with HR processes such as employee lifecycle, engagement, talent management or workforce planning will be an advantage.
-   Knowledge of **AI, Generative AI or prompt engineering** is an advantage.
-   Knowledge of predictive analytics, machine learning, NLP or cloud technologies is a plus.
-   Fluent **English and German**.
